"Could Be Used"
The usual suspects are of course hopping about, wailing that Iran's satellite technology "could be used" to some or other nefarious purpose. So, can anyone think of any technology that could not be used to some or other nefarious purpose? And can anyone think how, if Iran happened to acquire that technology, the "could be used argument could, as it undoubtedly would, be made?
