With The Intention

Section 28 banned something that was in any case impossible.

That was why no prosecution was ever brought under it.

And that is why its replication in any school policy means less than the Latin motto.

Although it is aimed at the same people.

    No prosecutions were ever brought under it, because it successfully deterred schools from teaching the kind of homosexual sex education classes which Stonewall have sponsored in many schools today.

    The kind of sex education now taking place even in primary schools would have been unthinkable when it was on the statute book.

  2. You cannot be older than about 12 if you really any of that. Section 28 had absolutely no effect on anything. Nor was it ever designed to have.
