National Security

The security of this nation and of its people.

When they are next in front of the Home Affairs Select Committee, the Heads of MI5, MI6 and GCHQ need to be asked on which side they and their agencies would fight in any war between the United Kingdom and the United States.

As ought certain members of that Committee, based on their performances yesterday. That, and the Israel Question.

Between them, those place almost the entire Conservative Party in the House of Commons under suspicion. Sections of the others. But almost the whole of the Prime Minister's. Including the Prime Minister himself.

The editors and the star writers of the newspapers and magazines allied to that party ought also to be hauled in and asked those same things.

And then there is the exchange of money for the transfer of British Citizens' private details to the sworn and paid agents of at least one foreign power by the sworn and paid agents of this one.

If Alan Rusbridger has committed any criminal offence, then the details of it have been known to the whole world for half a year. He has not been arrested.

If anyone is going to be banged up at the end of all of this, then it is not going to be him. And he very visibly knows it.
