I was listening to a BBC report on the apparent shortage of something called "chicken-sexers".

The American word "rooster" was used repeatedly. What is wrong with the British term?

I am told that this had something to do with "The Watershed"?

Where is this Watershed, exactly? What is it?

Is it where the chicken-sexing takes place?
