Third Place First?

Why is the third party the main news, when the largest party has an overall majority? The third party has 176 fewer seats than the second party.

Nor is Nicola Sturgeon a Member of Parliament at all. This kind of external dictation smacks of contempt of Parliament. It would be considered improper if trade union leaders did it, and it was considered improper in the prehistoric days when they did, or at least occasionally tried to.

The people who took that view still at least claim to take it of East End imams, and of the EU, and they might have a point, although they themselves do not seem to mind when it is done by big business, or by the Americans, or by the Israelis, or by the House of Saud, or by Rupert Murdoch.

But Ms Sturgeon presumes to direct the votes of 56 MPs.

And her party is considered huge news, even though all 56 of those votes are as nought against those of the 330 Conservatives, the overall majority of the House of Commons.

An overall majority that is subject to the direction of big business, and of the Americans, and of the Israelis, and of the House of Saud, and of Rupert Murdoch. This would be considered improper if trade union leaders did it.
