Paper Tigress

Tony Blair is getting his Chilcot retaliation in first.

His outrider at today's Prime Minister's Questions was Ann Clwyd.

Ann Clwyd, whose maiden name was Lewis and whose married name is Roberts, but who chooses to be known by the name of an administrative unit, as if John Prescott were to call himself John Humberside.

Ann Clwyd, who falsely claimed that Saddam Hussein was feeding people into a giant paper shredder.

I should have to check, but I reckon that there are still around 50 Labour MPs who voted in favour of the Iraq War.

Some have recanted. But others have not.

Those latter are going to get what has long been coming to them.
