We are on the wrong side here.
NATO revolves around Turkey, so we should get the hell out of NATO.
A war between Russia and Turkey would not be our concern.
Actually fighting a war for Turkey against Russia would be lunatic obscenity.
Turkey has changed completely since it joined NATO in 1952, which was before even the then West Germany had done so.
But where has not, from quite that long ago?
Salazar's Portugal was a founder member of NATO. It has never had anything to do with democracy.
And it has been a cross between a social club and something far, far worse for a generation now.
