Dig For Victory

The case is now unanswerable for the public ownership of the utilities and of the fuel supply.

The case is now unanswerable for the nuclear power to which the unions have always been strongly committed, and to which the last Labour Government was also strongly committed, but which David Cameron called "a last resort".

And the case is now unanswerable for a return to the exploitation of this country's vast reserves of coal.

Whenever someone either claims to be, or is accused of being, either patriotic or left-wing, then ask them whether they regret the defeat of the miners in 1985.

It is a Yes-No question.
