Amanda Spielman has a point. The Academy Trusts are preparing to go bust, and keep an eye on that one. But the New Schools Network, a registered charity that derives 90 per cent of its income from the State, is still paying £90,000 per annum to a known supplier of Class A drugs who dressed as a woman in order to assault lesbians sexually, who attended at least one eugenics conference with at least one advocate of the rape of drugged children, and who is a close friend of several members of the Cabinet.
